Stock items are shipped within 5 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Cancelled but unshipped orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Cancelled but shipped items must be returned unopened, in original packaging, and will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways.
Bespoke/custom work is subject to the terms of individual agreements with the buyer/commissioner and could be different to the terms listed above. Communications between Jen Dixon Arts and the customer will be treated as contractually binding.
Taxes are always included in prices.
Fees incurred through import customs agencies are the responsibility of the customer.
